I love food! I am also fascinated with the human body. I've always known that I wanted to work in the health field but it was my own journey of struggling with health and body image that lead me to discover how powerful food is not only cultivating health, but in finding peace and wellness.

I am passionate about connecting with people to find their root causes, what makes them tick, and igniting a transformation for the better. I believe that when we connect with our deepest, most inner selves, we are able to rely on the body's wisdom to find health.

When I'm not wearing my nutritionist hat, I like to spend my days cooking, creating new recipes, hiking and running, reading, getting a good stretch in yoga, and teaching ballet and hip hop classes.

I earned my B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in 2015. I have also trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine, a system oriented approach to medicine that relies on the innate wisdom of the human body to addresses root causes of illness.
